REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & RETURNS
As all of our items are custom printed, we do not offer returns or refunds on any of our labels for any reason.
We offer replacements on damaged or items that are misprinted by our mistake. Please check your submission very carefully as we will print exactly what you want on your label. Though we do our best to check for mistakes, if there is a misprint in your submission, we are not responsible for this appearing on the final print.

+Are these just labels I can print myself?
-We print our labels on high quality waterproof and tearproof vinyl. Our patented labels are only available through HobbyStrip so if you see them elsewhere unless it is a verified HobbyStrip Dealer, they are not genuine HobbyStrip products!
+Where are you located? Do you have a storefront?
We were founded in Atlanta, GA (USA) and that is still where we reside. This is where we design, print and ship from. We do not outsource any of our manufacturing or printing processes or any other aspect of our business.
SHIPPING
-Shipping costs are actual costs for shipping, we do not charge "handling" fees or fees for packaging material.
-International shipping fees may not include customs or duty fees incurred and those are fees that you will be responsible for upon customs clearance. Please research to see if there will be fees as they will be something you will have to pay prior to receiving your package, if applicable as not all countries maintain this practice. There are no customs fees for shipping within the United States.
-Our items are packed securely in bubble wrap envelopes, boxes or plain envelopes with toploaders or other protective measures taken to not bend or break, depending on what you order.
